PCESC 2026 Trade Show
Conference Venue: TCU Place (35 22 St E, Saskatoon, SK (306) 975-7777)
Trade Show Set up: Tuesday, May 5th from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. The tradeshow will be taking place in the Centennial Hall. The Centennial Hall is located in the basement of TCU Place.
Tradeshow booth spots are limited, register early.
Tradeshow Registration:
Corporate booth - $450 (includes GST and PST)
Non-profit booth - $200 (includes GST and PST)
The cost of the tradeshow booth registration does not include a conference registration for the booth attendee(s).

Trade Show Hours: Please have your tradeshow booth available for viewing during:
Tuesday May 5th – Evening reception, starting at 7:00 pm
Wednesday, May 6th - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday, May 7th from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Booth equipment and power: Booths are 10’ wide, and include one 8’ table and 2 chairs. Please indicate on your booth form if you have a large pop-up display: https://forms.gle/mSjW7WX3VwAR2And9
Extras: Wi-Fi is available. Electricity will cost $80 per booth and need to be paid directly to TCU Place. If you would like to ship your booth directly to TCU Place, please contact oraganizers for shipping information and forms.
Security: Exhibitors should remove valuables from their booths at night. PCESC will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Tradeshow Take-down: Tradeshow booths can be taken down at 4:30 pm on Thursday, May 7th.
